Energy Efficient Products


  • Occupancy Sensor is installed in place of a conventional single pole switch. The sensor controls the operation of the overhead lights that is normally controlled by a conventional switch. The sensor is installed in the same manner as a single pole light switch. These sensors have proven to save upwards of 45% on your lighting portion of you bill.
  • Programmable Thermostat is installed to more effectively control the operating time of your HVAC equipment. A programmable thermostat gives you the ability to turn your HVAC units down/up during the hours your business is not in operation.
  • High-Efficiency lighting offers a higher quality light as well as lowers operating cost. A T-8 lamp is an example of high efficiency lighting; however in most of our offices today we still employ T-12 lamps. (For example: 10 four lamp T-12 luminaire use 1600 watts during operation while 10 T-8 uses 1280 watts.) The savings from high efficiency lighting is realized not only in energy cost but more importantly in demand charges.
  • High efficiency motors are 2-8% more efficient than the standard motor.
