     "All Singing River Electric members will receive a $4 coupon in their August billing statement for purchasing any GE Energy Smart® Energy Star® qualified CFL multi-pack from Wal-mart," said CEO and general manager Lee Hedegaard. "It is part of our continued effort to partner with our members to use energy wisely."
